At right parietal lobe, there is an area of abnormal high T1WI and T2WI signal in a lobulated pattern, with a peripheral rim of low signal. No abnormal surrounding edema. 

Case Discussion

The right parietal lobe cerebral cavernoma with characteristic popcorn-like appearance and peripheral rim of low signal.
