Biconcave appearance of thoracolumbar vertebrae with large staghorn stone and severe hydronephrosis at right kidney.

Case Discussion

Biconcave appearance of vertebrae in a 50 Y/O patient with severe osteoporosis due to primary hyperparathyroid disease, which is called codfish (or fish) vertebra.
