Abdominal pain for about 20 days. Suspected acute pancreatitis.

Complete reverse position of the thoracic and abdominal viscera is noted:
- liver, gall bladder and duodenum on the left side
- spleen, gastric fundus and pancreatic tail on the right side
- apex of the heart towards the right side with right side descending aorta
- right bi-lobed lung and left tri-lobed lung
No CT evidence of acute pancreatitis.
Collapse and some bronchiectasis in the left middle lobe.
