Transient synovitis of the hip
Right hip pain growing while walking. No history of trauma or fever.

MRI images show mild effusion around the neck of the femur on the left side. On the right side, no effusion is seen.
Muscles and bony structures are normal
Most probable diagnosis is transient synovitis of the hip, due to clinical and radiological information.
Also septic arthritis must be in the differential diagnosis.
